Q. OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

A. We reserve the right to cancel your rental and refund you in the event that either the renter or the weather (light rain is not subject to cancellation) is unsuitable for the experience.

Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours in advance (cancellation fees may apply).. Cancellations not made within the 24 hour window will be refunded at 50% or can be credited towards a future rental.

Q. CAN I RENT AN EBIKE IF I AM YOUNGER THAN 18 YEARS OF AGE?

A. Yes. Must be at least 12 years old and accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Q.  HOW FAR WILL MY ELECTRIC BIKE GO?

A.  Our eBikes have a range of about 40 miles. 

Q.  HOW FAST WILL MY E-BIKE GO?

A. Between 15 -20 mph.

Q.  DO I NEED A RESERVATION ?

A.  Reservations are recommended but not required. A major credit card is required for reservations and for use as a security deposit.

Q.  WHAT ARE THE RENTAL REQUIREMENTS ?

A.  All riders must be at least 18 years of age, or 12 with a parent or guardian, and must have a valid government issued ID, cell phone number, email address and major credit card.. Min. height 5'0". Max. weight 275 lbs for the Rad Runner and 350 lbs for the Rad Wagon. All riders must be physically able to ride a bike.

Q.  What should I wear?

A.  Dress for comfort. Closed toed shoes are mandatory. Helmets are included and must be worn.

Q.  How do I know how much battery power I have?

A.  There is a battery life gauge located on the screen to indicate remaining battery life.

B. Bryce Location - Bryce Canyon Scenic tours located at 1945 East, UT-12, Bryce Canyon City, UT 84764

Q.  Do I have to sign a waiver?

A.  Yes, you must sign a waiver prior to renting an eBike.
